Marzoli NSF3/L Ring Frame with Auto doffer :

We have NSF3 ring frame machine. Old system was equipped with Siemens S5 Siemens PLC.


Problem facing with OLD system :

  1. S5 PLC was obsolete and support not available from Siemens
  2. OEM own HMI which is out dated.
  3. No support from OEM
  4. Trouble shooting was difficult.
  5. Frequent Breakdown of Machine. 
  6. Spare cost was very high.
